1. Introduction

QbiTrack, a service operated by Qbit Cloud IT ("QbiTrack," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, infrastructure, and customer data.

This Security Policy outlines the security principles, controls, and practices implemented to help safeguard information processed through our services. It is intended to provide customers, partners, and stakeholders with a general overview of our security approach and should not be interpreted as a guarantee against all security threats or incidents.

2. Scope

This Security Policy applies to:

  • QbiTrack websites and customer account management systems
  • Server-side tracking infrastructure
  • Meta Conversions API (Facebook CAPI) services
  • TikTok Events API services
  • Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) hosting
  • Support systems
  • Internal operational systems used to deliver QbiTrack services

3. Security Objectives

QbiTrack maintains security practices designed to support the following objectives:

  • Confidentiality — Protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Integrity — Protect information from unauthorized modification, corruption, or destruction.
  • Availability — Maintain reliable access to services and infrastructure.
  • Accountability — Maintain controls designed to identify and investigate security-related activities.

4. Shared Responsibility Model

Security is a shared responsibility between QbiTrack and our customers.

QbiTrack is responsible for: managing platform infrastructure, protecting hosted environments, maintaining platform security controls, monitoring service health, responding to security incidents, and implementing reasonable safeguards.

Customers remain responsible for: protecting account credentials, managing access permissions, obtaining lawful consent where required, securing their own websites and applications, configuring tracking implementations correctly, and reviewing user access periodically.

5. Access Control

QbiTrack implements access control measures designed to limit access to authorized individuals only. Security practices may include:

  • Unique user accounts and role-based access controls
  • Authentication requirements and access reviews
  • Privilege management and session controls

Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.

6. Authentication and Account Security

To help protect customer accounts, QbiTrack may implement measures including secure authentication procedures, password protection requirements, login monitoring, session management, and unauthorized access detection.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must immediately notify QbiTrack if they suspect unauthorized account activity.

7. Infrastructure Security

QbiTrack utilizes infrastructure and service providers that maintain security controls designed to support network security, service availability, infrastructure resilience, threat mitigation, traffic filtering, and DDoS protection.

Infrastructure configurations may evolve over time to address changing operational and security requirements.

8. Network Security

QbiTrack employs reasonable measures intended to protect network resources from unauthorized access and abuse, which may include:

  • Traffic filtering and firewall technologies
  • Access restrictions and security monitoring
  • Threat detection mechanisms
  • DDoS mitigation services

Specific security configurations are not publicly disclosed for security reasons.

9. Data Protection

QbiTrack is committed to protecting information processed through our services. Security measures may include:

  • Access controls and encryption where appropriate
  • Security monitoring and secure transmission practices
  • Data minimization principles
  • Controlled access procedures

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that data transmitted through the Services complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

10. Encryption

QbiTrack may use encryption technologies to help protect information during transmission and, where appropriate, at rest — including HTTPS/TLS encryption, encrypted communication channels, and secure data transfer protocols.

Encryption methods may change over time as technology evolves.

11. Monitoring and Logging

QbiTrack may maintain monitoring and logging systems designed to detect security incidents, monitor platform health, identify abnormal activity, support investigations, and improve service reliability.

Logs may include technical and operational information necessary to maintain service integrity and security.

12. Vulnerability Management

QbiTrack strives to identify and address security vulnerabilities in a timely manner through vulnerability monitoring, software updates, security patch management, risk assessment, and infrastructure reviews.

Remediation timelines may vary depending on the severity and complexity of the identified issue.

13. Security Incident Response

QbiTrack maintains procedures designed to respond to suspected security incidents, including: identification, investigation, containment, mitigation, recovery, and documentation.

Where required by law or contractual obligations, affected customers may be notified of confirmed incidents involving customer data.

14. Third-Party Service Providers

QbiTrack may utilize third-party providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, content delivery networks, security providers, monitoring providers, and payment processors — to support service delivery.

We seek to work with providers that maintain appropriate security practices; however, QbiTrack cannot guarantee the security performance of third-party organizations.

15. Business Continuity and Recovery

QbiTrack maintains operational procedures intended to support service continuity and recovery in the event of infrastructure failures, service disruptions, security incidents, hardware failures, or network outages.

Recovery strategies may be updated periodically to reflect evolving business and technical requirements.

16. Security Reporting

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, security issue, or suspicious activity related to QbiTrack services, please contact us promptly.

We encourage responsible disclosure and request that researchers avoid actions that may harm customers, disrupt services, access unauthorized information, or violate applicable laws.

17. Limitation of Security Guarantees

While QbiTrack implements reasonable safeguards, no technology, network, service, or security control can guarantee complete protection against all threats. Accordingly, QbiTrack does not warrant that services will be completely secure, unauthorized access will never occur, or all threats can be prevented.

Customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with internet-connected services.

18. Compliance and Policy Review

QbiTrack reviews and updates security practices periodically to address new threats, technology changes, operational requirements, regulatory developments, and customer needs.

This Security Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
