This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") describes the acceptable and reasonable use of QbiTrack services and infrastructure. QbiTrack is a service operated by Qbit Cloud IT ("QbiTrack," "we," "our," or "us") that provides server-side tracking, event processing, analytics infrastructure, Meta Conversions API (Facebook CAPI), TikTok Events API, Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) hosting, and related services.
This Policy is intended to ensure reliable performance, service stability, security, and fair resource allocation for all customers. By using QbiTrack services, you agree to comply with this Fair Use Policy.
QbiTrack operates shared and managed infrastructure designed to serve multiple customers efficiently. The purpose of this Policy is to:
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace them.
Customers are expected to use QbiTrack services in a reasonable and legitimate manner consistent with their selected subscription plan, industry-standard business operations, applicable laws and regulations, and normal server-side tracking activities.
Use that significantly exceeds expected consumption levels may require a plan upgrade, dedicated resources, or custom enterprise arrangements.
To maintain platform performance, QbiTrack may monitor resource utilization including:
Monitoring is performed for operational, security, capacity planning, and service management purposes.
QbiTrack plans are designed to support reasonable event-processing workloads including page view events, conversion events, purchase events, lead generation events, custom tracking events, API-based event submissions, and server-side analytics events.

Customers must not consume network resources in a manner that adversely affects platform performance. Activities that may violate this Policy include:
Where excessive bandwidth usage is identified, QbiTrack may require a service upgrade or impose temporary restrictions.
QbiTrack infrastructure is designed primarily for tracking and event-processing purposes. Customers may not use QbiTrack as a file hosting platform, backup storage system, content distribution platform, data warehousing service, or general-purpose storage solution.
Excessive storage consumption may result in retention limits, data cleanup requirements, plan upgrade recommendations, or additional service charges where applicable.
Reasonable logging is permitted to support operational requirements. However, customers may not intentionally generate excessive logs that consume disproportionate storage, degrade service performance, increase infrastructure costs unnecessarily, or create security concerns.
QbiTrack reserves the right to limit, rotate, archive, or remove excessive log data.

Such activities may result in immediate suspension or termination.
QbiTrack operates infrastructure that may support multiple customers simultaneously. To protect all users, we may take actions necessary to prevent service degradation, infrastructure instability, resource monopolization, security threats, and platform-wide performance issues.
Protective measures may include automated throttling, temporary limitations, or account review.
Customers expecting unusually high usage levels — including large-scale e-commerce operations, high-volume advertising campaigns, agency networks, multi-brand implementations, or enterprise tracking environments — should contact QbiTrack before deployment.
Enterprise customers may receive dedicated infrastructure, custom resource allocations, enhanced monitoring, customized service agreements, and additional scalability options.
QbiTrack services are intended primarily for legitimate business tracking activities. Customers may not intentionally generate artificial traffic through bots, automated scripts, event generators, traffic manipulation systems, or synthetic activity tools unless expressly authorized in writing by QbiTrack for testing purposes.
QbiTrack reserves the right to investigate activity that may indicate abuse, fraud, security threats, unauthorized access attempts, resource exploitation, or Terms of Service violations.
Customers agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations related to service integrity and security.
If we determine that usage violates this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
Where practical, we will attempt to notify customers before taking enforcement action. However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect infrastructure, security, or service availability.
Where permitted by applicable agreements, excessive resource consumption may result in usage-based charges, overage fees, upgrade requirements, or enterprise migration recommendations.
Any applicable fees will be communicated to customers whenever reasonably possible before implementation.
Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, references to "unlimited usage," "unlimited events," "unlimited tracking," or "unlimited bandwidth" shall be interpreted as subject to reasonable and fair usage requirements under this Policy.
No service may be used in a manner that materially impacts platform performance, security, or availability.
This Fair Use Policy should be read together with: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement (if applicable), and Service Level Agreement (if applicable).
In the event of a conflict, the applicable service agreement or Terms of Service shall control unless otherwise stated.
QbiTrack may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of QbiTrack services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
