QbiTrack provides server-side tracking infrastructure, including but not limited to Meta Conversions API (Facebook CAPI), TikTok Events API, Google Tag Manager Server-Side Hosting, event routing, tracking optimization, and related analytics infrastructure services.

3. Scope of This Policy

  • Controller means the entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.
  • Processor means an entity processing personal data on behalf of a Controller.

5. Data We Collect

5.1 Information You Provide Directly — We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, business name, company information, billing information, contact information, support requests, communication records, and account credentials.

5.2 Information Collected Automatically — When you use our services, we may automatically collect: IP addresses, device information, browser type, operating system, log data, usage statistics, session information, diagnostic information, and security-related logs.

5.3 Payment Information — Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. QbiTrack does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless required for billing operations.

6. Customer Data Processed Through QbiTrack

QbiTrack operates server-side tracking infrastructure on behalf of Customers. Depending on a Customer's configuration, data processed through our systems may include: event information, website interaction data, conversion events, browser identifiers, device identifiers, hashed identifiers, IP addresses, transaction information, marketing attribution data, and customer-provided event parameters.

Customers control which information is transmitted through QbiTrack services. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal rights, permissions, notices, and consent required to collect and process such information.

7. Data Controller and Data Processor Roles

For account management, billing, support, and service administration, QbiTrack acts as a Data Controller.

For Customer event data processed through our infrastructure, QbiTrack generally acts as a Data Processor, processing information solely on behalf of and according to instructions provided by Customers.

Customers remain responsible for: establishing a lawful basis for processing, obtaining required consent, providing privacy notices, complying with applicable privacy laws, and responding to End User requests.

8. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • Providing services and maintaining infrastructure
  • Processing subscriptions and managing customer accounts
  • Providing support and monitoring service performance
  • Improving platform functionality
  • Detecting fraud and abuse
  • Enforcing legal agreements and complying with legal obligations
  • Sending operational notifications

Where permitted by law, we may also use information to provide updates, promotions, and service announcements.

Where consent is required by law, Customers are responsible for obtaining such consent from End Users before transmitting personal data through QbiTrack services.

QbiTrack may use cookies, local storage technologies, pixels, and similar technologies for: authentication, security, performance monitoring, user preferences, analytics, and service functionality.

Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings where applicable.

11. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with: cloud infrastructure providers, hosting providers, security service providers, payment processors, customer support tools, analytics providers, legal authorities when required, and professional advisers and auditors.

Information may also be disclosed when necessary to protect rights or property, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

12. International Data Transfers

QbiTrack services may involve storage or processing in countries other than the country where information was originally collected.

QbiTrack implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights including: right of access, right to correction, right to deletion, right to restrict processing, right to object, right to data portability, right to withdraw consent, and right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority.

Where QbiTrack acts solely as a processor, requests may need to be directed to the relevant Customer acting as the data controller.

QbiTrack services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we may take steps to delete such information.

17. Third-Party Services

QbiTrack may integrate with or transmit data to third-party services, including but not limited to: Meta Platforms, TikTok, Google, advertising platforms, analytics providers, and cloud hosting providers.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of our services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
